Orders & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through our third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Shipping & Delivery
Major equipment purchases include white-glove delivery and setup at no additional charge. Delivery windows are scheduled after order confirmation. Delivery timeframes on our site are estimates and not guarantees.
Returns & Warranty
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Major equipment is covered by a 3-year standard warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Disclaimer for warranty terms.
Companion App
Use of the Eleva Strength companion app is subject to these Terms in addition to any in-app terms presented at setup. The app is provided to support your connected equipment and may be updated or modified over time.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, graphics, product photography, and app software, is the property of Eleva Strength or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site or app for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site's or app's normal operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleva Strength shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, app, or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
